In imposing any administrative remedy or civil penalty provided for in this Code, the Authority shall take into account the appropriateness of the remedy or penalty with respect to the size of the financial resources and good faith of the violator charged, the extent to which the violation was intentional, the gravity of the violation, the history or previous violations, and such other matters as justice may require.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
