By the adoption of this Ordinance, the Tribal Governing Board of Lac Courte Oreilles Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians intends to provide the benefits outlined herein to Employees of the Lac Courte Oreilles Tribe and Enterprises located on the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation, for all injuries or illness resulting out of the employment relationship with the Employer. The effective date of this Ordinance is October 14, 2005.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
