Upon a showing of extreme need, the Tribal Governing Board may issue a permit for the harvest of resources subject to the provisions of this ordinance during the closed season. The requesting member may use the services of another member to harvest the necessary resource for them, in which case both the requesting member and the assisting person must be named on the permit.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
