CSV.1.10.120 Wanton Waste of Migratory Birds

No member or duly authorized non-member shall kill or cripple any migratory bird pursuant to this subchapter without making a reasonable effort to retrieve the bird, and retain it in his or her actual custody, at the place where taken or between that place and any of the following places:

(a) The member or duly authorized non-member's automobile or principle means of land transportation;

(b) The member or duly authorized non-member's personal abode or temporary or transient place of lodging;

(c) A migratory bird preservation facility as defined Section CSV.1.2.010(qq) of this ordinance;

(d) A post office; or

(e) A common carrier facility.
