Except as otherwise provided in this ordinance, no member or duly authorized non-member shall lend, share, give, sell, barter or trade, or offer to lend, share, give, sell, barter or trade to any person any identification document or permit issued by the Tribe pursuant to this ordinance.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
