Every member or duly authorized non-member who shall have caused or been involved in an accident in which another person has been injured by gunfire or by arrow while hunting or trapping, or shall have inflicted an injury upon himself or herself with a firearm or arrow while hunting or trapping, shall render or cause to be rendered a report to the tribal conservation department within ten (10) days after such injury.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
