Except when a deer is being transported between the exterior boundaries of the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation and off-reservation lands under the jurisdiction and purview of the Lac Courte Oreilles Tribe, no member or duly authorized non-member shall transport deer off-reservation without a transportation tag pursuant to Section CSV.1.3.120 of this ordinance.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
