CSV.1.6.200 Use of Dogs in Hunting Big Game

(a) No member or non-member shall hunt deer, elk or moose with the use of dogs within the exterior boundaries of the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation or the off-reservation lands under the jurisdiction and purview of the Lac Courte Oreilles Tribe.

(b) A member or duly authorized non-member may use leashed dogs to track wounded game.

(c) A member or duly authorized non-member may shoot a wild-dog that is chasing a deer.
