No member shall deposit, place or throw into any off-reservation waters, or leave upon the ice or in such waters any cans, bottles, debris, refuse or other solid waste materials; and no member shall abandon any automobile, boat or other vehicle in such waters. Any automobile, boat or other vehicles not removed from such waters within thirty (30) days shall be rebuttably presumed to be abandoned.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
