No member shall transport any bear in or on any motor driven vehicle prior to registration unless the bear is carried so that a portion of it is visible from a passing vehicle and in such manner that the tag attached to the bear cannot be handled or manipulated by any occupant of the vehicle.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
