CSV.2.8.070 Small Game Harvest Permits/Tags

(a)(1) No member shall hunt small game pursuant to this subchapter without possessing a valid small game hunting permit.

(2) No member shall hunt otter, bobcat or fisher without possessing a valid carcass tag.

(b)(1) No member shall trap small game pursuant to this subchapter without possessing a valid small game trapping permit.

(2) No member shall trap otter, bobcat or fisher without possessing a valid carcass tag.

(c) No small game hunting or small game trapping permit shall be considered valid for hunting or trapping any fisher in a fisher management zone:

(1) which is shown to be closed on the permit;

(2) for which the permit is marked as invalid; or

(3) on which any fisher management zone letter has been slit, punched through or otherwise crossed out in any fashion.

(d) Except as provided in Section CSV.2.8.200 [Possession and Sale of Live Small Game Animals], no member shall move or field dress an otter, bobcat or fisher before affixing to it a valid carcass tag.
