The number of any species of fish (tribal quota) which shall be available for harvest pursuant to this ordinance for each twelve month period from April 1 through March 31 shall be limited to the number established pursuant to the Chippewa Intertribal Agreement Governing Resource Management and Regulation of Off-Reservation Treaty Rights in the Ceded Territory.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
