The provisions of this ordinance: (a) Shall be interpreted and applied as the minimum requirements applicable to the research, cultivation, processing and distribution of Hemp activities within the jurisdiction of the Tribe subject to this ordinance; (b) Shall be liberally construed in favor of the Tribe; (c) Shall not be deemed a limitation or repeal of any other tribal power or authority.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
