Within fourteen (14) days of any vacancy on the enrollment committee, the Tribal Governing Board member who originally appointed the individual whose position is vacant shall appoint a new member to the Citizenship (Enrollment) Committee. Said appointee shall serve the remaining term of the vacant position.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
