(a) A guardianship may be altered or terminated, or a new guardian appointed, by the same procedures as established by this subchapter for the appointment of a guardian. (b) Any guardianship created under this subchapter shall terminate upon its terms but in no event later than upon the ward's eighteenth birthday.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
