The Tribal Court shall have jurisdiction over domestic relations matters where any party to the action, or any child who is the subject of an action, is a member of the Tribe or where any party, or any subject child, resides on the Reservation, subject to any additional requirements for each type of action set forth in this chapter.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
