The Court may award costs and attorney fees, in a temporary order or a final judgment, if the party seeking the fees has been compelled to incur attorney fees or costs to enforce a previously issued court order that the other party has unreasonably failed to obey, or if the party seeking the fees has been compelled to incur attorney fees or costs to defend against any action prohibited by Section TCT.2.9.040(c).Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
