(a) Upon motion and hearing, with notice to the guardian and ward, and appointment of a guardian ad litem, a protective placement may be changed or terminated if by clear and convincing evidence it is established that the conditions requiring the protective placement no longer exist.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
