The purpose of this ordinance is to promote the well-being of older individuals by providing services and programs designed to help them live independently in their homes and communities. This ordinance also empowers the Tribal government to receive funds form the Federal and State governments for supportive services for individuals over the age of 60.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
