The provisions of this ordinance shall be effective on the date adopted by the Tribal Governing Board. The provisions of this ordinance shall apply to a referendum by petition of qualified voters on this ordinance and the resolution enacting the ordinance.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
