ELE.2.4.060 Executive Committee

(a) An Executive Committee of the Election Committee, shall be automatically established upon the selection of the Election Committee Chairperson, and shall consist of the following three (3) members:

(1) Chairperson of the Election Committee;

(2) Designated member of the Election Committee from the Citizenship Services Department (Enrollment Clerk); and

(3) Tribal Governing Board Liaison.

(b) The duties of the Executive Committee shall be to handle any urgent problems that may arise, that would not be able to wait for a scheduled meeting of the Election Committee.
