It is unlawful for any person or entity, other than the Tribe or an instrumentality of the Tribe, to engage in the retail sale of, or sell any fireworks, or to hold, conduct, or engage in a public display of fireworks within the Reservation without first having obtained a valid permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this Ordinance.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
