All owners and keepers of any animal within the LCO reservation that has bitten or attacked any person or domestic animal severely enough to break the skin or where rabies exposure may have occurred, and any person with first-hand knowledge of any such incident, shall immediately report any such incident to the department.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
