All owners and keepers of any animal within the LCO reservation that has bitten or attacked any person or domestic animal severely enough to break the skin or where rabies exposure may have occurred shall produce and surrender such animal to the department upon demand, and the department may proceed pursuant applicable Sections of this ordinance.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
