Nothing in this ordinance shall prevent any person from bringing a private cause of action for damages to his person or property caused by any animal; provided however, any employee, agent, officer or representative of the department, the LCO Law Enforcement Department or any other department or agency from which the department has sought assistance, shall be immune to the extent provided for under applicable law.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
