If a person has been placed in nonsecure custody by an Indian Child Welfare worker or by a tribal judge and the person is alleged to be a minor in need of care under the Tribe's Child Welfare Code, the person shall forfeit not more than $5,000 if he or she intentionally fails to comply with the conditions of his or her placement in nonsecure custody.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
