The violation by any person of any regulation as set forth in Section GNC.4.5.010 shall subject the person to a suspension or revocation of license or operating privileges for a period not to exceed the maximum suspension or revocation period provided in the corresponding state law. The Clerk of Court shall report all orders for suspension or revocation to the state Department of Transportation to effect such suspension or revocation.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
