For the purpose of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meaning as described below: (a) "Minor" means any person seventeen (17) years of age or younger. (b) "Law enforcement officer" means any officer of the Lac Courte Oreilles Law Enforcement Department.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
