Burning permits shall be issued only after consideration of the conditions in Section GNC.4.9.050 and a determination by the authorized permit-issuing agent from the Lac Courte Oreilles Conservation Department or the Lac Courte Oreilles Fire Department that the danger to the resources will be minimized by allowing the permittee to bum if he or she complies with the conditions of the permit and takes all reasonable precautions to prevent the escape of the fire.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
