After the dissolution of an LLC under Section LLC.1.7.010, the LLC may file articles of dissolution with the Office of the Secretary/Treasurer that include the following: (a) The name of the LLC. (b) The date of filing of its Articles of Organization. (c) The statutory grounds under Section LLC.1.7.010 for dissolution. (d) The delayed effective date of the articles of dissolution under Section LLC.1.1.110(c), if applicable.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
