The Tribe may automatically deposit an Elected Official's paychecks at financial institutions and may provide for payroll deductions, subject to applicable, charges, procedures and limitations. In addition, the Tribe may make deductions from an Elected Official's paychecks in accordance with orders issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.
