MCC.7.3.030 Individual Gifting of Individual Assistance Donations by Tribal Governing Board Members Disallowed

(a) Except as otherwise provided herein or by applicable rule or regulation adopted hereunder by the Tribe, or by other applicable law, no Elected Official shall authorize any monetary benefits to any tribal member or nontribal member, without the consensus approval (four signatures) of the Tribal Governing Board including but not limited to the following:

(1) Rooms or other charges at the Lac Courte Oreilles Casino, Lodge and Convention Center.

(2) Rooms or other charges at any hotel or motel wheresoever situated.

(3) Gas or other charges at any Tribal gas station.

(4) Any charges at the Landing.

(5) Any other charges as otherwise established by the Tribal Governing Board.
