(a) The Budget for the Individual Assistance Donations Committee shall be allocated under the same procedure as the government tribal budget process. (b) The budget shall be approved by the Tribal Governing Board. (c) The Donations Committee shall not exceed the approved budget and any modification to the budget requires prior approval by a majority vote of the Tribal Governing Board.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law
