The finance department, after each month, will: (a) Lock down the general ledger for that month, which prevents information from being changed, which is necessary to ensure that the general ledger information coincides with the reports filed by Contracts Department with the funding agencies; and (b) Generate Management Reports, which will be distributed to managers by the 1Oth of each month.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
