The equipment inventory system shall be operated and maintained by the Chief Procurement Officer, who shall be responsible for the installation of the system and its proper operation. The Department Director shall develop a schedule by unit location and designate the individual (custodian) to be physically accountable over property items in each location unit.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
