(a) The Tribe shall choose the appropriate procurement method to purchase goods and services based on the dollar amount of the purchase and the available vendors. (b) Indian Preference: To the greatest extend permissible and feasible; the Tribe shall give preference in the award to qualified Indians, Indian Organizations, and Indian-Owned economic enterprises.
