Generally a written or electronic authorization is required prior to employee incurring any travel expenses. If it is not practicable or possible to obtain such authorization prior to travel, the Tribal Governing Board, the Executive Director or Program/Department Director may approve a specific authorization for reimbursement of travel expenses after travel is complete.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
