(a) Meals and incidentals (M&IE) rate will be applied in quarters as follows: (1) Departure Date – 3 quarters (2) Return Date – 3 quarters (3) Full Day – 4 quarters (b) Per diem shall be reduced in accordance with Section PAP.3.1.080 and Section PAP.3.5.020(b) of this manual when meals are furnished at the conference/training/meeting.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
