The LCOHA encourages relatives of LCO Tribal members to seek employment with the LCOHA. However, the LCOHA also seeks to avoid potential problems arising from family members directly supervising one another. A waiver of this provision may be granted by the LCOHA Executive Director when the services of the Housing employee cannot be obtained from any other available person with the same or equivalent qualifications.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
