(a) Employees are allowed one (1) hour leave for lunch. Employees must take their lunch at the usual time, between 12:00 – 1:00, unless mutually changed by the employee and supervisor. No employee may work through lunch without prior approval of their supervisor, with concurrence from the Health Director. (b) Any employee that chooses to work through the lunch period voluntarily forfeits their leave time for lunch.
