Employees are allowed one fifteen (15) minute break between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and noon and another fifteen (15) minute break between 1:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Employees should be mindful and courteous of workload requirements and the need to make certain that break periods should not be abused.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
