The LCO-CHC may automatically deposit Employees' paychecks at financial institutions and may provide for payroll deductions, subject to applicable, charges, procedures and limitations. In addition, the LCO-CHC may make deductions from Employees' paychecks in accordance with orders issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.
