(a) Ten-month employees shall have the option to be compensated over a forty-two (42) or fifty-two (52) week basis. For employees that choose to be paid over a forty-two (42) week basis, the costs of an employee's contribution of fringe benefits shall be deducted on a prorated basis to cover the fifty-two (52) week period.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
