(a) If your check is lost or stolen, you should immediately contact your department Director/Manager so the Payroll department can be notified. (b) If the actual payday falls on a holiday, then paychecks will be issued on the day preceding the holiday. (c) If a team member is unable to personally pick-up their pay check on the distribution day they may designate, in writing to the payroll manager, someone to pick-up their check on their behalf.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
