Chapter SPS 305 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code is adopted as to the credential requirements for testers of fire sprinkler systems. That chapter and this chapter do not preclude non-credentialed individuals from conducting the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or semiannual inspection and testing activities for automatic fire sprinkler systems.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
