The purpose of this law is to regulate tattooists, tattoo establishments, body piercers and body piercing establishments under the jurisdiction of the Tribe in order to protect the health and safety of the public from unsanitary and unlicensed practice by tattooists and body piercers within the Reservation boundaries.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
