(a) All leases, amendments, assignments, subleases, and leasehold mortgages under this Code shall be approved by a resolution of the Tribal Governing Board; (b) Leases shall be signed by the Chair or Secretary/Treasurer of the Tribal Governing Board; and (c) Leases shall be signed by the lessee.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
