(a) All leases and lease documents shall be recorded in the Tribe's land recording system, which is maintained by the Land Management Division; and (b) All leases and lease documents, except residential subleases approved pursuant to this Code, shall be provided to the Bureau of Indian Affairs for recording in the Land Titles and Records Office.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
