The lessee is in default if: (a) The lessee has failed to make rent payments or other payments required by the lease, provided that the lessee has been given notice of the violation and has failed to make the required payments within thirty (30) days' after receiving notice; or (b) The lessee is otherwise in breach of the terms of the lease or any other requirements of this Code.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
