This ordinance shall govern the activities of the Tribal Governing Board and the Tribal Condemnation Commission pursuant to the provisions of this ordinance within Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation lands as well as off-reservation lands under the jurisdiction and purview of the Lac Courte Oreilles Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
